I have received a 2009 Career Enhancement Fellowship from the Woodrow Wilson Foundation. I will be on teaching leave during the 2009 - 2010 academic year.
Brief Bio
I joined Emory from College
of Computing at Georgia Tech
where I completed a Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Ling Liu.
Previously, I received an MS from Johns Hopkins University and a BS from University of Science and Technology of China, both in Computer Science.
Before I pursued my doctorate, I worked as a software engineer in IT industry for several years. My areas of interests are in distributed data and information
management, trustworthy and privacy preserving data sharing, bio and health informatics.
